Pete has an extensive background in ranching and real estate investment and finance, including direct management of cattle ranching operations (commercial and purebred) over the last 30 years. He also has prior experience in capital formation for real estate investment, including ag investments. With this background, he is well suited to work with people from all backgrounds and levels of sophistication to find and capture unrealized value. A strong advocate for faith and family, Pete, and his wife Wendi, raised their six kids on a working ranch in eastern Oregon. He is currently involved with multiple Christian ministries and continues to operate a range cattle operation in the desert of eastern Oregon.

Ty brings ten years of experience in various disciplines of real estate and construction. Beginning his career in real estate finance in the wake of the "great recession", he has witnessed first hand the different stages of a comprehensive real estate market cycle. Over the years Ty has worked in real estate private equity, residential and commercial construction, high-end RE brokerage, and bare land development. In addition to his capacity as broker and partner at Rim Rock Investments, he is a licensed General Contractor specializing in the sourcing and construction of PEMB product for Commercial, Agricultural, Aviation, and Light Industrial applications. Ty received a BA from George Fox University and currently resides in central Oregon with his wife Lindsay and three sons Zander, Bretton & Dakota.

Eastern Oregon ranch raised, Sam grew up learning the value of hard work and responsibility at a young age. After obtaining a B.S. in Business and Economics from Northwest Nazarene University, Sam became certified as a professional farrier and began building his business in central and eastern Oregon. Not long after that he obtained his Oregon Real Estate License and has been involved in sales and management of commercial, residential and agriculture properties. In addition, he runs a cow-calf operation in Harney county his beautiful wife, Tiana, and their daughter, Claire.
